Westford Methodist Church reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event sponsored by Westford Methodist without the expressed written permission of those included in the photograph or video. Westford Methodist may use the photograph or video in publications or other media.<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of our commitment to privacy and safety, we ensure that images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian. This process is in place to protect the privacy of individuals and children.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If you are attending a Westford Methodist event and do not wish to have your image recorded for distribution, we encourage you to make your wishes known in writing. You can do this by contacting the photographer, the event organizers, or Westford Methodist. Please include a photograph for identification purposes. Any person or organization not affiliated with Westford Methodist may not use, copy, alter, or modify Westford Methodist photographs, graphics, videography, or other\u00a0similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Westford Methodist.<\/span><\/p>\n
