You can do this by contacting the photographer, the event organizers, or Westford Methodist. Please include a photograph for identification purposes. By participating in a Westford Methodist event or by failing to notify Westford Methodist, in writing, of your desire not to have your photograph used by Westford Methodist, you agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Westford Methodist from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with Westford Methodist may not use, copy, alter, or modify Westford Methodist photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Westford Methodist.
